Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Worcester, MA seeks a part-time Nurse Practitioner to support the Transition of Care and Medication Refill Team, refilling medications for patients without a PCP to reduce hospital visits.

This onsite role provides precepting via telehealth and coordinates in-person or telehealth follow-ups. Requires Family NP certification, MA license, DEA license, and BLS; 2+ years of experience and an ANA-accredited NP program graduate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an ANA-accredited NP program.
• Massachusetts license as NP required; board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• DEA license for prescriptive authority; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Transition of Care/Medication Refill Team with refilling medications for patients without an assigned PCP to decrease hospital admissions and ER visits.
• Provide precepting via telehealth and schedule in person/telehealth follow-up visits.
• Deliver comprehensive, cost-effective healthcare to families including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment per advanced nursing practice standards.

Regular Part-time 24 Worcester, MA, US

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $149,075.00 Annually

This is an onsite part-time position 24 hours per week

The Nurse Practitioner will support the Transition of Care/ Medication Refill Team with refilling medications for patients without an assigned PCP to decrease hospital admissions and emergency room visits. Will also provide precepting by telehealth and scheduling in person/telehealth visits for those patients who need to have follow up care.

The Nurse Practitioner also will provide comprehensive, cost-effective health care to families which includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment according to the standards of advanced nursing practice.

Educational Requirements:

Graduate of an ANA accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Master’s degree in nursing required.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years of experience

Professional Licensure/Special Skills and Certification Required:

Nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner

Massachusetts licensed

Current DEA/Mass Controlled Substance license for
prescriptive authority. BLS required.

Salary will be based on years of licensure
