Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
- Will consider other concentrations/specialty tracks based on experience

- Report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice
- Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership Team
- Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents
