The position features a Monday-Friday schedule with no call, no nights and no weekends, 4 weeks PTO plus 1 week CME, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Provide provider-level direct patient care within the facility.
