Job summary

Trinity Medical in Kenmore, NY seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide medical care in support of professional staff. The role delivers a variety of patient services under physician supervision, working within established laws and procedures.

The candidate must hold a NYS RN license and have NP program completion with Adult/Acute Care or Family NP certification; a Master's degree is preferred. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Experience

• Three (3) years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• Experience in family practice/specialty setting preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

• Certification in CPR and annual re-certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Patient Centered Medical Home, with MIPS, HEDIS requirements preferred
