Job summary

Medrina is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our internal medicine team in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Batavia, Illinois.

This part-time role offers Monday–Friday coverage (2–3 days/week) with no nights or weekends, a full patient load from day one, and ongoing mentorship. Qualified candidates will hold an IL NP license, a DEA license, and have at least 1 year in internal medicine, including geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience as a NP
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Responsible for full medical management and primary care
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR
