Medrina is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our internal medicine team in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Buffalo, NY. The role delivers comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, with diagnosis, treatment planning, and full primary care management.

We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Buffalo, NY, seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our internal medicine team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

'Key Responsibilities'

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Responsible for full medical management and primary care
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Required Qualifications

• Physician Assistant license in New York
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting

Preferred Experience

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experience
• Background in internal medicine, geriatrics, or inpatient hospitalist

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
