Qualifications

• Licensed NP with prescriptive authority.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Ability to work under supervision with physicians in an internal medicine setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in ambulatory care.
• Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations.
• Order diagnostic tests and coordinate with supervising physicians.
• Triage patient calls and document information.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care.
