Job summary

Palmetto Infusion seeks a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to oversee infusions in our ambulatory infusion centers in Rock Hill, SC. The role follows a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed, and may require travel to other clinics for staffing coverage.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced NP with an active FNP license, strong knowledge of chronic diseases, and comfort with ADRs, policy development, and cross-functional teamwork with nurses and MDs.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and hold an active FNP license.
• Experience in family physician setting with knowledge of chronic diseases and therapies.
• BLS or obtain upon hire.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to cope with a changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
• Team player able to work with Palmetto Infusion team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infusions being administered in the ambulatory infusion center (AIC).
• Assist with management of adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
• Assist with policy, procedure and protocol development.
• Work with nurses and other NPs/MDs as a team member.
• Travel to other AICs for staffing coverage.
• Maintain strong knowledge of infusion therapies.

About the Role:

The purpose of the Clinical Nurse Practitioner is to provide oversight for infusions being administered in our ambulatory infusion centers.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturdays as needed.

Service Areas: Rock Hill, SC and may float to other clinics as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience/Education:

• Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice.
• Experience in family physician setting; possesses strong knowledge of chronic disease states as well as current and emerging therapies.
• BLS or obtain upon hire.
• Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word,Excel).
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calmmanner.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
• Assist with policy, procedure, and protocol development as needed.
• Able to work as a team member with all members of PIS. Working along side with nurses and other NPs/MDs.
• Able to perform nursing functions as needed.
• Oversee the infusions being administered in the AIC.
• Travel to other AICs when needed for staffing coverage.
• Maintains strong knowledge of all existing and developing infusion therapies.

About the Benefits:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $55–60/hour. Final compensation is based on factors including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
