Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking NPs to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Pre-populated forms and structured workflows mean no treatment plans—just focused assessment work.

New grads welcome. 60 hours/month minimum; travel may be required with airfare, hotel, and rental car covered (eligibility-based). Malpractice insurance is included. Base pay and per-visit incentives apply, with no nights or weekends required.

Qualifications

• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans - just clean assessment work.

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market - recruiter will share specifics for your state
