Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is hiring 1099 NPs to perform pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You set your own schedule with no required hours—select days, hours, and weekly volume.

These visits are low-stress with pre-populated forms and structured workflows. Candidates must hold an active NP license, board certification (FNP/AGNP/ANP), reliable transportation, and be available for at least 60 hours per month; new grads welcome.

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans - just clean assessment work.

Compensation - earn more as you commit more:

• Base rate of $80 per completed assessment

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market - recruiter will share specifics for your state

Position Details:
