Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is hiring 1099 NPs to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You control your schedule, and you may work across multiple counties in your region with pre-populated forms and structured workflows.

New grads are welcome and there are no nights or weekends. Travel may be required; malpractice insurance is included and pay includes a base rate per completed assessment with potential bonuses based on visits and hours

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license required.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours per month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience required.

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market - recruiter will share specifics for your state

Position Details:
