Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments under a 1099 contract. You control your schedule, handling pre-scheduled visits across multiple counties in your region with no on-call requirements.

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans - just clean assessment work.

• Rates vary by market - recruiter will share specifics for your state
