The University of Southern Maine Health Services is hiring a Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Clinician on our Gorham campus. You will provide comprehensive primary care to students, evaluate and treat health conditions, and maintain EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Maine license to practice as NP/PA/MD or equivalent.
• ANCC or AANP board certification in family or adult health.
• BLS certification and DEA license.
• Minimum two years of primary/ambulatory care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for students within scope of licensure.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Maintain electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, counselors, and staff to coordinate care.
• Support health promotion, prevention, and wellness education.
• Participate in quality improvement and departmental initiatives.
