Qualifications

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.

Responsibilities

• Support health and wellness centers in Norridgewock, Norway, Rumford, and Skowhegan, Maine.
• Provide wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Practice relationship-based medicine autonomously.
