Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our health and wellness centers. You will provide relationship-based medicine, emphasizing prevention and chronic disease management, while working autonomously.

This role offers a focus on patient care with fewer administrative tasks and a smaller patient panel. The position requires an active license, board certification, and preferred experience in independent family practice.

Compensation is competitive, with a pay range of $57.00-70.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Experience in independent family practice including wellness care and chronic disease management required.
• CPR/BLS certification must be valid at the start date.

Responsibilities

• Support employer-sponsored health and wellness centers.

We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our employer sponsored health and wellness centers in Norridgewock, Norway, Rumford, and Skowhegan, Maine.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred

Pay Range: $57.00-70.00/hr
