Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred.
• Active, unrestricted FNP license in good standing.
• Obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs
• Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs
• Active BLS certification and ability to pass respirator FIT test

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes
• Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling, coordinate care with other providers
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management
• Complete clinic operations including inventory management and patient follow-up
