Qualifications

• One year of NP experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care with assessment, diagnosis and management of conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and care coordination with other providers.
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Handle essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow‑up, insurance verification, and payments.
