Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Conway, SC, 4-day work week with a salary around $125k/year plus performance bonuses and profit sharing. Our multidisciplinary wellness clinic seeks an NP or PA focused on Functional/Holistic and Regen Medicine, comfortable with injections and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• SC NP license required.
• Experience with joint/trigger point injections preferred (US guided).
• Interest in Functional/Holistic Medicine and Regen medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient exams/consultations - orthopedic/musculoskeletal.
• Evaluate clinical data and tests.
• Order and review tests/imaging/records.
• Diagnosis and individualized treatment plan.
• Patient education on diagnosis and options.
• Timely and accurate documentation.
• Prescribe therapies including injections/infusions.
• Treatments include joint and trigger point injections, Vitamin infusions, regen med.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for care.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
