Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with NP preparation.
• Current Kentucky RN and APRN licensure.
• Current ANCC or AANP certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

• Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies.
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
