Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Float) for an in-person, patient-facing role in Manalapan, NJ. The position requires 20-25 hours per week with weekend coverage (typically three of six weekends) and potential holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification.
• Current state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from an approved provider.
• At least one year of recent primary care, family medicine, or urgent care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning.
• Perform patient appointments, routine examinations, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate comprehensive care with healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare.
• Complete clinic administrative duties, including opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, insurance verification, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Use quality measurement practices to support improved patient outcomes.
