The position requires a Master’s in FNP with national board certification, an active NJ NP license, 1+ year of relevant experience, and current BLS. Expect float between clinics and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited FNP program and national board certification.
• Active New Jersey NP license (good standing).
• 1+ year recent primary care or urgent care NP experience.
• Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care: assess, diagnose, treat, and manage common conditions.
• Perform routine exams and appropriate diagnostic testing.
• Document care clearly and completely in the EMR.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and care plans.
• Support clinic operational needs (inventory checks, patient follow-up, maintaining a clean/safe environment).
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when escalation/referral is needed.
