The role offers a three-day workweek in the Brooklyn office with potential expansion to full-time as patient panels grow, and option to visit nursing homes in Nassau County for additional on-site care.

Spanish language skills are strongly preferred to better serve our patient population, and compensation ranges from $80,000 to $150,000 per year,

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York State (required).
• 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• DEA registration (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in the medical office.
• Conduct physical exams, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
