Job Description

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner Full-time or Part-Time to join our growing Primary Care practice in Brooklyn.This position offers a very flexible schedule to start part-time (3 days/week in our Brooklyn office) with the option to expand to full-time as the patient panel grows.If you are seeking a full-time schedule, you can work three days in our Brooklyn office and two days visiting patients in nursing homes or assisted-living facilities in Nassau County, providing primary and follow-up care on-site.Spanish language skills are strongly preferred to better serve our patient population.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (depending on Part or Full-Time position)Salary has potential for growth based on productivity
