Impact Health PC in Waterville, ME is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care in skilled nursing facilities. You will assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and work with physicians, facility staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Maine is required.
SNF, hospitalist, ED or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Complete timely clinical documentation and orders.
