Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new grads may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Ability to order vaccines and injections and to practice at the top of license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive health screenings.
• Complete essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, patient follow-up, and insurance verification.
• Support a safe and efficient care environment through routine examinations and timely patient management.
