CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Family) to provide high-quality primary care in a clinic setting with both in-person and virtual visits. You will work within a collaborative team, using evidence-based guidelines and Epic EHR, delivering comprehensive care and disease prevention.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license
• ANCC or AANP board certification
• Multi-state licensure as required by business needs

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other healthcare professionals
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management
• Complete essential clinic operations including inventory management, opening/closing, follow-up and insurance verification
