Job summary

CVS Health in a clinic-based setting is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based primary and family care. The role supports both in-person visits at the MinuteClinic and virtual care from the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes with clinical team support.

The position requires a Master’s in Family Nurse Practice, board certification (AANP/ANCC), an active FNP license, and eligibility for multi-state licensure. Expect a 35-hour work week with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
• Active, unrestricted FNP license in good standing
• Multi-state licensure as required by business needs
• Holistic, evidence-based care including pregnancy and STI counseling
• Ability to order/administer vaccines (COVID-19, influenza, TB tests, etc.)
• DOT certification must be completed within 30 days of employment
• Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market
• Active BLS certification
• Ability to pass respirator FIT test
• Physical presence at assigned clinic required

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, treatment of injuries and illnesses, and coordinate care
• Engage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management, and screenings
• Complete clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection
• Support a safe care environment through routine exams and timely appointment management
