Responsibilities include taking patient histories, performing exams, ordering tests, counseling on preventive care and products, documenting in EMR, and coordinating referrals while maintaining strong patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Current NP license with DEA certification.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner required.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and review patient medical and psychosocial history.
• Conduct physical examinations.
• Order and review labs and ECGs.
• Deliver preventive medicine counseling and education on programs and products.
• Adhere to prescription guidelines with supervising physician.
• Maintain EMR documentation.
• Review patient progress and manage care.
• Refer to other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress.
