CVS Health is hiring a Full Time Clinic Partner in Creve Coeur, MO HealthHub to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinic setting. The role supports both in-person and virtual visits, with emphasis on holistic care and team-based collaboration.

You will manage acute and chronic conditions, perform diagnostics, and coordinate care with other providers. The position requires an NP or PA background, active licensure, and board certification.

Qualifikationen

• One year NP experience preferred; new grads may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• DOT certification to be completed within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care including counseling.
• Multistate licensure as needed by business.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs.
• Active BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
• Physical presence at assigned clinic.

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support positive patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services, disease management, and preventive screenings.
• Complete essential clinic operations including inventory management, opening/closing, follow-ups, insurance verification, and payments.
• Support safe and efficient care through routine exams and timely appointment management.
