Qualifications

• NP/PA credentials and state licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic.
• Perform diagnostics, preventive counseling, and care coordination.
• Engage patients in wellness, chronic disease management and screenings.
• Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payments.
• Maintain a safe care environment and manage timely patient appointments.
