Ochsner in Louisiana seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative outpatient team. You will work under supervision of Medical Director and coordinate with PCCs, nurses and discharge staff to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

The role requires a clinical license, education as NP or PA, and ability to travel between facilities. Flexible schedule and ongoing education are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant medicine or Health Sciences (Physician Assistant).
• 3 years related experience preferred (not required).
• Current APRN license in state of practice (Nurse Practitioner).
• PA license in state of practice and NCCPA certification (Physician Assistant).
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required or eligible.

• Provide care addressing physical, psycho/social, educational needs for all ages.
• Educate patients, families, staff and the community.
• Respect privacy and adapt communication to patient population.
• Be flexible with schedule including on-call, weekends, holidays.
