We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment at a clinic in Kentucky, starting 06/02/2025. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services, including management of chronic conditions, preventative care, and acute 'sick call' cases. Responsibilities include conducting annual physical exams, managing conditions such as asthma, hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia, as well as performing trauma triage when needed. The NP will be responsible for charting notes, medication refills, and managing PA/NP lines. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a diverse primary care setting with potential for extension.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform trauma triage as needed

• Process medication refills and manage PA/NP lines
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient operations
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
