About the Practice :
Collaborate with both physicians and advanced practice providers.
Work with your own independent panel of patients.
Utilize a state-of-the-art facility with specialty practices nearby, streamlining services for our patients, including radiology, laboratory, cardiac, sports, PT, OB, and urology services.
Experience the convenience of Epic as the Electronic Medical Record system.
Requirements :
NYS licensed / registered NP, with a specialty area of certification consistent with our practice.
NPI number and Medicare Enrollment with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) or eligibility for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.
Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Preferred : 3-5 years of previous NP experience in primary care outpatient.
