Schedule: 10 hours per day, 7 days a week (split between 2 providers)
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct telehealth visits via Facetime or similar platforms
• Assess patient needs, symptoms, and overall health status remotely
• Prescribe medications and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide consultations and recommend oxygen therapy when appropriate
• Manage chronic conditions through Chronic Care Management (CCM) protocols
• Perform 10-15 minute telehealth visits efficiently and effectively
• Offer home care guidance and support to patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Collaborate with on-site staff and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Adapt to the unique challenges of remote patient care
Additional Information:
• Licenses required in Arizona, Florida, New Jersey, or New York
• Strong experience in telehealth and urgent care is essential
• Comfort with technology and virtual patient interactions is crucial
