Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license; 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre‑employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence‑based protocols under supervising physicians’ protocols.
• Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs.
• Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness.
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals.
