Job summary

One to One Health in Atlanta, GA is seeking a PRN clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision. You will evaluate and treat acute health problems and create treatment plans, contributing to clinic success.

You will perform wellness physicals, health screenings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A valid NP/PA license, 1 year in family/internal/urgent care, and BLS are required; a DEA license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
• Active license as NP or PA with board certification.
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols under supervising physicians’ guidance.
• Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs.
• Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness.
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately and promptly.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals.
• Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff.
• Provide patient education and health advocacy.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests.

Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to provide direct and indirect patient care. You will be an integral part of the clinic's success. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating, managing acute health problems using evidence-based protocols, and creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician. Essential Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physicians’ protocols
• Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs
• Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness
• Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers
• Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff
• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates.
• Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol
• Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests
• Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly
• Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed
• Perform related duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Comfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary team
• A passion for helping people and a desire to realize One to One’s goal of patient-first healthcare
• A self-starter, energized by dynamic operations and a willingness to tackle a wide range of challenges
