Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Primary Care - Hot Springs is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinic team.

You will provide patient-centered care for all ages, collaborating with three MDs and two advanced practice providers in a community-focused practice. You will assess patients, document for billing, and coordinate with physicians to ensure accurate diagnoses, effective treatment plans, and clear communication of patient needs and care plans.

Qualifications

• Board-Eligible/Board-Certified.
• Active or eligible license in Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Function as an integral part of a team currently consisting of 3 MDs and 2 advanced practice providers.
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages within an outpatient clinic setting.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions, and manage patient conditions effectively.
• Emphasize preventative care, health promotion, and patient education for optimal patient outcomes.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with CHI St. Vincent Medical Group practicing at the CHI St. Vincent Primary Care - Hot Springs - 70 West clinic location, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care. As a vital member of our primary care team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families within our community.

In your practice, you will be responsible for accurately assessing patient conditions and meticulously documenting to support billing and facilitate seamless communication with other providers. You will collaborate effectively with physicians, seeking consultation and supervision as needed to ensure proper assessment and optimal patient care. You will also take ownership in clearly communicating patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions to physicians and other healthcare teams, and utilize your knowledge and skills to provide effective supervision to clinical staff when necessary.

Pay Range
