Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with CHI St. Vincent Medical Group practicing at the CHI St. Vincent Primary Care - Hot Springs - 70 West clinic location, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care.

You will assess patient conditions, document findings for billing, and communicate with physicians and other providers. You will collaborate with physicians for consultation and supervision, communicate patient needs and care plans, and guide clinical staff as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner committed to high quality comprehensive care within a community focused practice.

• Function as an integral part of a team of 3 MDs and 2 advanced practice providers.
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions, and manage patient conditions effectively.
• Emphasize preventative care, health promotion, and patient education for optimal outcomes.
