Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and manage patient conditions effectively.
• Emphasize preventative care, health promotion, and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient outcomes for the Jacksonville community.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Current RNP and/or APN licensure in Arkansas.
• Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration.
