CivicMinds, Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The NP will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based plans.

Responsibilities include exams, orders and interpretation of tests, diagnosis and management of conditions, prescribing, and patient education across clinic, inpatient, ED, and procedural settings. Immediate benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited NP program.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience acceptable.
• Active NP/PA and RN licensure.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused exams and obtain histories.
• Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Coordinate consultations and referrals with physicians and teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Provide care across clinic, inpatient, ED, and procedural settings as required.
• Educate patients and families on medications, nutrition, disease management, and health promotion.
