Elevate ENT Partners in Lafayette, LA seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide health care services under physician supervision. The NP conducts patient assessments, develops care plans, and coordinates treatment.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least two years of clinical experience. You will perform diagnostic testing, immunizations, wound care, and patient education while adhering to regulations.

• Provides general health education regarding matters such as proper diet, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance.
