Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have a Nurse Practitioner License and relevant clinical experience.
- Experience in addiction treatment is a plus.
- Ability to perform patient evaluations and treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Work with physician treating adult patients in an inpatient Detox unit.
- Perform histories, well checks, evaluations, and treatment plans in an outpatient clinic.
- Alternating between regular medical care and Detox treatment.
