Woodlawn Health's Argos Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered team. You will provide quality care, assess patients, and work with physicians and staff to support our community in Argos, Indiana.

The ideal candidate has an active Indiana RN license, completion of an NP program, and the ability to prescribe under protocols. BLS certification is required or obtained prior to direct patient care, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Indiana
• Completion of an accredited NP program
• Approximately two years of clinical experience preferred
• BLS certification or obtain prior to direct patient care
• Willingness to collaborate with physicians and other professionals

Responsabilités

• Assess and treat patients per medical protocols; perform history and physical exam.
• Furnish/prescribe medications and counsel on treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and refer to subspecialists as needed.
• Document visits accurately and communicate with the care team.
