This position offers Full Time, Part Time and Per Visit opportunities, with responsibilities including comprehensive patient evaluations, medical management, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Licensure and current registration to practice as a NP in New York State
• Knowledge of Microsoft including Excel, data entry, documentation and report generation
• Prior experience with geriatric population and home care strongly preferred
• Knowledge of medical documentation
