Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary medical care to patients within a collaborative care team. You will work in Sea Mar clinics providing comprehensive services and be part of a system focused on underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree and WA ARNP license.
• Licensed to practice as ARNP in Washington state.
• Current DEA certificate.
• Uphold all current vaccine requirements for employment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community health preferred.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care as part of a care team.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver team-based coordinated care.
• Refer patients to medical specialists when needed.
• Prescribe and dispense medication per Washington State prescriptive authority.
• Participate in immunization and preventive health programs.
• Support Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer to improve patient care.
