Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington is seeking a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary medical care within a collaborative care team. You will practice in accordance with training and licensure, providing high-quality services to Sea Mar patients and contributing to coordinated, patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s Degree with WA ARNP licensure and a current DEA certificate, with at least two years of experience, preferably in community health;

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and WA ARNP licensure.
• DEA certificate with active status.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical NP experience; community health preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care to Sea Mar patients within a care team.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure team-based, coordinated care.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Prescribe medications per WA prescriptive authority.
• Participate in immunization and preventive health programs.
