Pulse Medical Doctors LLC in Florida is seeking a clinically strong Physician Assistant to diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness as part of a patient-centered team.

The role offers a base salary of 100k–115k with total compensation between 115k and 140k, four weeks of PTO, a robust 401(k) plan and performance-based bonuses, with no weekends or on-call duties. A collaborative in-house physician support network and a supportive workplace culture contribute to low turnover.
