Qualifications

• Participate in on-call services when necessary.
• Focus on continuity of care and chronic condition management.

Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

ICD-10 coding experience

Education

Certification from AANP or ANCC

Licensed as Acute, Adult/Gerontological or Family Nurse Practitioner
