Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system, is seeking a per diem Clinical Specialist II (APRN) to join our team. CHA is comprised of three hospital campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s Metro North Region, with a fully integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC). The CHA Department of Psychiatry is recognized as a leader in patient care, teaching, and research.
Cambridge Health Alliance is expanding services to address substance use disorders for its patients and communities. We are opening a low barrier and harm reduction clinic at The Cambridge Hospital to provide treatment for patients who need immediate attention and who could benefit from additional clinical services. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of experience in the advanced practice role and must be a graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing graduate school of nursing. A Master’s degree (Nursing preferred) with a specialization in psychiatric mental health nursing or relevant clinical area is required. Current Massachusetts licensure is required, authorizing practice in an expanded role as a Psychiatric Nurse Clinical Specialist with prescriptive authority.
