Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations and uses data-driven methods to improve processes and outcomes.
• Recruits, orients, trains, coaches, counsels, mentors, disciplines, and evaluates staff.
• Develops and manages departmental budgets with financial oversight.
• Plans, develops, and maintains departmental SOPs and reviews policies regularly.
• Coordinates education and performance improvement activities within designated clinical specialty.
• Delivers action plans to support clinical performance and provides resources for nursing care delivery.
